Android Licenses & XMLSchema Error

  1. Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/annotation/XmlSchema
  2. at com.android.repository.api.SchemaModule$SchemaModuleVersion.(SchemaModule.java:156)
  3. at com.android.repository.api.SchemaModule.(SchemaModule.java:75)
  4. at com.android.sdklib.repository.AndroidSdkHandler.(AndroidSdkHandler.java:81)

Go to your environment variables (just as we do it in the next lectures) and remove the JAVA_HOME variable if you have that variable. Save the value that was stored in the variable before you remove it, so that you could re-add it in the future!

Also edit the PATH variable to remove the jdk path, in case you have such a path in there. Also save that value before you remove it, so that you could re-add this as well.

With those changes made, the flutter doctor --android-licenses should work.

If you can't resolve the issue, also have a look at this thread - it offers more possible solutions for this problem: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/28230
